Cancellation Policy

BeneVita Aesthetics and Wellness Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

To provide all of our patients with the best possible care and to respect the time of our staff, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.

Policy Terms:

  • Any appointment that is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $99 fee.

  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also be charged the $99 fee.

  • This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the card on file.

  • If you do not have a card on file, the fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

  • We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate true emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
